Manage all base code used in the Batch processes for an internal DB2 based HR processing system.  I led project teams to determine business need, design, develop, and maintain all aspects of a proprietary mainframe system which daily processes Defined Benefits, Defined Contributions, and Health and Welfare for seveal million participants.

Systems Analyst
Responsible for the maintenance and upgrade of a complete retail cataloging system on the HP/957 computer for a major PC manufacturer.  Was one of the project leaders involved in the implementation of a new Unix-based cataloging, inventory and shipping system on an HP/UX platform along with managing several contract programmers.
